Refund Policy

This policy applies only to merchandise purchased at the R&D defense online store. Our products come with our satisfaction guarantee. We have literally thousands of satisfied customers. We are here to serve you as honestly and efficiently as possible. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Returns are ONLY accepted for products found to be defective within the first 7 days of purchase. R&D Self Defense offers your choice of either replacement or a full refund. All other refunds are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee within the first 7 days of purchase.
 

• All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of      shipment thereafter returns will not be accepted.
• All returns will be credited back to the original      payment type upon our receipt of the merchandise. 
• R&D Self Defense is not responsible for      reimbursement of any customs duties or shipping expenses incurred on the      original purchase outside of the United States of America.
